Peach Praline Pie

This is our family’s all-time favorite peach pie. We love the streusel topping, and I love that it is so easy to make!

You can definitely omit the nuts if you prefer.

  • 6 c. peaches
  • ⅓ c. raw sugar (sucanat or rapadura)
  • 2 T. tapioca
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • ½-2/3 c. sprouted whole wheat flour
  • ¼ c. sucanat or rapadura
  • ½ c. chopped pecans
  • ¼ c. melted butter
  • Unbaked pie crust
  1. Combine peaches, sucanat, tapioca, and lemon juice. Let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Place peach mixture in unbaked pie shell.
  3. Combine flour, sucanat, pecans, and melted butter. Crumble over top of peaches.
  4. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 and bake 20 more minutes.
